Conceptual Master Planning
The area is chosen, in the east of Kolkata, a piece of serene land in the eco-friendly atmosphere. The sight is well connected with the heart of Kolkata Metropolis and New Town by road route. ‘ECO-GREEN CITY’ – is the name with which the project is christened. The 1st phase of the Campus has been started with 250 bighas of land i.e. 36,00,000 sq. ft. area.
As the name suggests, ECO-GREEN CITY will be ‘an oasis of serenity’. The place will be adorned with trees. The project will mainly consist of single stored garden house and Duplex Villas, Multi-stored Residential Apartments, Commercial Complex and a few plots have been kept for the people who want to build their own dream house. Besides this the Campus have provisions for people who wants of build their house with private pool, car parking and rain wanted preservation facility. The 1st Phase of the Project has been started with 250 bighas of virgin land with a modern Cosy Campus.

The basic amenities will be constructed as per standard specification of statutory authorities. Endeavour is being made to develop and present a tailor-made plot, ready for construction.
